OUR PROJECTS

L.S.D.C 2011 Ltd is currently helping Christchurch home owners and businesses with repairs and contractual works following the Canterbury earthquakes. We have now completed more than 1600 EQC related jobs, as well as numerous insurance jobs.  And still counting!

The Cuban @ 236 St Asaph Street

LSDC 2011 Ltd completed this very exciting bar fit-out in mid 2015.  The premises was an existing hospitality venue but the owners undertook a complete revamp to reflect the new venue theme.  The exterior car park was uplifted to make way for a large covered courtyard area, complete with louvered roof and outdoor gas fires.  The interior was completely repainted, and additional joinery was installed to open up the venue for more efficient indoor / outdoor flow.  The overall finish is quite a transformation on the original venue, of which the owners are extremely pleased.

Baretta Bar & Restaurant @ 174 St Asaph Street

We completed this stunning new 750m2 hospitality venue fit-out in early 2013. From the major internal renovations, right through to the creation of an authentic outdoor Italian piazza / courtyard, this was a challenging but incredibly rewarding 6 month long project. Baretta was opened to the public in May 2013.

Dux Dine @ 28 Riccarton Road

we took on this challenging villa renovation in June 2012, the results of which are really rather stunning! Dux Dine opened as a restaurant and bar in November 2012.

Dux Live @ 363 Lincoln Road

With the loss of the iconic Dux de Luxe following the earthquakes, the owners quickly identified a warehouse location in Addington which enabled them to resurrect their infamous live music offering. Dux Live was opened in early 2012.
